Thank you for signing up to your own Fanni Pack

I wanted to reach out and say "hey" Hopefully you know me by now, if you've stumbled across these programs I am guessing you have some trust in me having found me via instagram, kettleboobs or a friend of a friend. 

I have tried to include everything you might need to know about your program and tracking your mindset and nutrition in the password protected page.

But here is a little heads up. 

If you didn't click RETURN TO MERCHANT once you paid via paypal, then if you click the link at the top of here, you will be taken to your password. 

Click on the button and fill in the password. 

Once you are into the site, have a look around it. 

There is information about training, about nutrition and about your program. So scroll down and watch the videos that are set up for you. They are 3 to 10 mins long max.

You will want to save your own program and tracker so please read the instuctions on the page. 

To save YOUR OWN COPIES. head to the google docs button of your program or mindset/nutrition tracker and GO TO SAVE AND EXPORT. 

Then click MAKE A COPY (do not click save as) 

Once you have clicked MAKE A COPY now you have your very own copy you can edit so rename it for yourself. 

I advise that you click on the three dots in the top right hand corner and save as homepage on your so you can access your trackers quickly. You can watch a tutorial on the above here...

Once you have saved your documents, have a read of the guides. The nutrition and training guides will give you loads of information. 

Begin your week by testing some fitness levels. See your program &/or tutorial for this. 

I will be doing lives over in the facebook group so join us. These will be on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am currently. 

I will throw in another live Q&A as time goes on. 

Track your weights and reps you are doing in your program tracker to clock progress. 

There is a nutrition and mindset tracker. Follow the tutorial to get you started. 
Once you are on a roll with these two things, away you go. 

Please remember to live a life you enjoy, doing things you love and appreciating the things you maybe don't love, but they make you feel good. I don't love always focusing on protein intake but it makes me feel full, satisfied, satiated and strong. 

Find the small wins, This is not a race. This is a process and it is your life.
