I know this feeling. I wanted this so badly for 15 years although I assumed what I wanted was a diet and fat loss.

What I really needed was the above.

At the start of our training, I thought my goal was about getting stronger and at the same time, toning particular areas and bringing my weight down. Over time Danni helped me interrogate what that actually meant in the day to day and how my thoughts and emotions were tied to sometimes unhealthy ways of working. This included truly understanding how my eating habits can maintain where I want to be and how my targets (for example my weight) were not always aligned with my ultimate goal of being a strong woman.

I came to her from wanting to be consistent and she has gotten me there in 3 months. Longest time I have ever gone without “dieting” or wanting to lose weight. You may go to her because you want to lose weight and that’s okay, but she will get you there but along the way you will face demons and conquer and along the way you might decide you are happy with where you are and you most definitely will enjoy the journey. She’s a laugh!

It’s clear to me that Danni cares immensely about my overall wellbeing, not just my strength. We frequently talk about mindset, nutrition and a whole host of other things without any judgement. I feel totally comfortable being honest with her due to her approachability and obvious trustworthiness.

Over our time together I have grown more confident in the gym, increased my strength and flexibility and learnt to appreciate my body more for what it can do than what it looks like in a bikini.
