Whats included in the course?
Live zoom calls once per week, video modules to watch weekly, actionable steps and exercises to get you doing the work. A private Facebook group. Personal feedback on homework and exercises set.
Do I have to have Facebook?
Yes as this is where you will share your work, your findings and you will find a community of women going through the same thing as yourself.
What time will the lives be?
The lives will be set between 9 and 11am some weeks and 6 and 8pm others.
How many spaces on the course?
Limited so that it’s intimate and you all get time to ask questions etc
How much is your group coaching?
Coaching is n investment. There will be payment options for everyone. But please know this is not a fitness coaching program for £150 per month for macros and a meal plan that you will do over and over. This is a coaching program that you should only need once.

Will I get any one on one time with you?
I will give you the opportunity to do a 1 on 1 call with me at the end of the course to tackle going forward with the next steps. I will also be on hand the whole course to answer any questions you have in the group and support you throughout the course, but make sure you engage, the community and group is there for you. Its magical.
Is this just for people who want to change their body or lose weight or change their body?
100% not. This is for anyone that feels confused, stuck, unsure of how to make a lifestyle work for them, how to nourish themselves and how to make healthier choices in mind body and soul. Whilst trying to reach aesthetic goals, or not. This is about your well being.
Do I have to track macros and train in the gym alongside?
You do not. But I will be explaining the importance of movement and nourishing you soul and body and what macros are, the importance of them and how to try to implement conscious gentle nutrition. There will be a tracker that you can use to track feels as well as nutrition and training if you so wish.
Will you talk fitness and nutrition or just mindset?
I will focus on it all. Whilst mindset is the biggest factor in all of this, knowing what nutrition and fitness myths are out there and how to make stuff work for you regarding nourishing yourself, is important to your well being.
