We arrange a 30 minute call. I talk you through where you are at, we discuss how to make the next month work for you . I offer reassurance on how to make this time work for you not against you so we come out the other side, comforted, supported and on an even keel.
Or we can just set up virtual PT sessions. One on One programmed sessions, no equipment needed at all. Just a phone with whats app video or zoom abilities and your time.
